Download the 2011 Bank Profit Improvement Survey.
After clicking on the above link, a File Download screen will appear.
- Click the “Save” button, and save the compressed zip folder, “TBCNSurvey2011,” to the destination of choice on your computer/server. Do NOT click the “Open” button.
- Open Windows Explorer and locate the compressed zip folder, “TBCNSurvey2011,” in the folder in which it was saved.
- Double click on the compressed zip folder, “TBCNSurvey2011,” and select “Extract” from the menu bar. At the opening screen, select the folder you want the files to be placed then press the “Extract” button.
- Using the “Browse” button, select the destination to which you wish to extract the 5 files (4 PDFs + 1 Excel).
- Return to Windows Explorer. You’ll find the 5 files (4 PDFs + 1 Excel) in the folder to which the files were extracted.
