Group Dinner

Thyme Restaurant has been selected for our group dinners in Amelia Island. Thyme, which is on the intercoastal waterway less than 10 minutes from the Ritz Carlton, opened in January with excellent reviews. We think you’ll enjoy the view and the food!

A review on TripAdvisor.com said, “Wow! This is a whole new dining scene on the island. The menu is eclectic with an emphasis on Italian. Some great seafood dishes. Located on the intracoastal with great views of the water. There is large outdoor deck for cocktails and appetizers. The dining room is something you have to see for yourself - very imaginitive - great feel.”

The menu will be:

Appetizers:

• Bruschetta topped with tomato basil relish and black olive tampenade
• Spanakopita (phyllo dough filled with sauteed spinach & feta cheese)
• Fried calamari with marinara dipping sauce

First Course choice of:

• Greek Salad (feta cheese mouse, trio of tomatoes, balsamic drizzle)
• Minestrone Soup

Main Course choice of:

• Shrimp Scampi
• Swordfish Picatta (a house specialty)
• Grilled Lamb Chop
• New York Strip Steak

Dessert choice of:

• Tiramisu (coffee liquor soaked lady fingers with sweet mascarpone cheese and chocolate drizzle)
• White chocolate cheesecake, limoncello anglaise
• Zabaglione (sweet marsala custard with fresh strawberries)

Dinner choices will be made the evening of the event. 

The cost will be $50 per person plus tax and gratuity for a total of approximately $65. Non-alcoholic beverages are included. Alcoholic beverages will be paid for individually the night of the dinner. You will be billed later for the food.
